“I have been doing Mamie's class for about a year now. I find it very good for my body and mind. She gives clear instructions and offers modifications for the various levels. Some people do it standing or in chairs. Still, everyone can get a good workout without injury. Consistency has lead to greater strength for me. I have added weights with some of the exercises and as I do more it has been it has brought results. She has great music and good routines. The hour flies by.”

Mamie Duncan-Gibbs has been involved with fitness her entire life. From performing on Broadway to running a nonprofit organization, her goal is to make people of all ages aware of their bodies and take care of themselves while enjoying the process. “It’s not about dieting; it’s about finding a way of life that you enjoy! It’s alright to eat the cake, just not all in one day!”
Duncan-Gibbs tailors her workshops to the individual and/or group. Having worked with students from 3 - 102 years of age, she has figured out how to make exercise enjoyable while strengthening the body at the same time!

From Pre-K, Elementary School, Middle School, High School, College, Senior Daycare Centers to Senior Residences, Duncan-Gibbs has taught it all! In addition to outstanding Fitness Classes, she brings 40+ years of dance experience (20 years spent performing on Broadway) to youth of all ages.
