“I have been doing Mamie's class for about a year now. I find it very good for my body and mind. She gives clear instructions and offers modifications for the various levels. Some people do it standing or in chairs. Still, everyone can get a good workout without injury. Consistency has lead to greater strength for me. I have added weights with some of the exercises and as I do more it has been it has brought results. She has great music and good routines. The hour flies by.”

That is why I'm so grateful that I heard about Mamie's Get Fit classes. They are so convenient and easily accessible on Zoom and YouTube and they are a great workout for people of all abilities. Her classes include a lot of stretching, exercises that improve your balance, core work and much more. The classes can be done either standing or sitting and Mamie has created a "stress free zone" where you're sure to have fun! The music Mamie plays along with her energy, enthusiasm and encouragement make the classes very enjoyable and keep me physically and mentally healthy.
